14. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and Omnostics, we encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Puerto Rico, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of our rights to enforce the provision at a later time.
